Welcome to OMG Studio. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the services provided by OMG Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including photo booth rentals, event photography, digital experiences, and related creative event services.

1. SERVICES

2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed after we receive a signed service agreement and any required deposit. Event dates are not guaranteed until confirmation is received.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement or invoice.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. Once a service agreement is signed, agreed-upon pricing will be honored.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellation by Client

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, the remaining balance may still be due as outlined in your service agreement.

Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the event.

Cancellation by OMG Studio

If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, illness, or equipment failure), we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund of all payments received.

4. EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details, including date, time, venue, and contact information. Clients must ensure the venue has adequate space, electricity, and access for setup and obtain any required permissions for photography or photo booth installation.

Setup and Breakdown

Adequate time must be provided for setup and breakdown as outlined in your service agreement. Delays caused by the client or venue may result in additional charges.

Damages

Clients are responsible for any damage to OMG Studio equipment caused by guests, venue conditions, or other circumstances during the event. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the client.

5. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership

All photographs, videos, and digital content captured by OMG Studio remain the intellectual property of OMG Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client License

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to use photos and videos from their event for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Marketing and Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed, OMG Studio may use photos and videos from events for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes. Clients who wish to opt out of this use must notify us in writing prior to the event.

Guest Consent

Guests participating in photography or photo booth activities acknowledge that their images may be captured and used as described. Clients are responsible for informing guests of this policy.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OMG Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or damages caused by delays, interruptions, or errors.

OMG Studio’s total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service involved.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OMG Studio, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
